Bing Unveils New Interface & Latest Improvements

Bing, the chief competitor of Google, revealed its redesigned interface and newest improvements after a year in the making.  The search engine's creator, Microsoft, has given Bing a complete makeover, even changing the logo.  The rationale behind the logo change goes along with its overall makeover, as it is meant to look "simple, real, and direct."

The new upgraded search experience is probably the most notable redesign, as it will aim to work in a more interactive way;  they are straying away from the "standard" list of links.  Moreover, Bing will be integrated into Microsoft's other products, like Xbox and Windows phones.

While these are all nice touches, Google users will still not be likely to switch search engines.  Microsoft's relentless pursuit of their competitor is certainly impressive, but Bing has always been sort of chasing after Google's search engine since their 2009 debut.  Unfortunately for Microsoft, this will most likely remain the case, unless something drastic happens.
