How would you like if you could turn things and off without moving a muscle? Or what if the temperature in your house adjusted itself whenever you got home? Well that's what the future of Apple looks to have in store according to the article posted by Mashable below. Although it would take awhile for everything to get going, Apple is looking to control things in your like: security systems, lighting fixtures, kitchen appliances and more. The company even spoke about a predictive element to this idea that would do things such as: turning on your bathroom light after recognizing you got up late at night or your house lights if you were taking your regular path home.
I think this is a great idea that could make life a lot more easier then it is right now. The only thing that would probably present a problem is for the people who don't have any sort of Apple technology in their home or at all. Seeing as how Apple keeps growing I don't think it'll be long before their products are being used by majority of the country if that isn't the case already. It'll be interesting to see how this all pans out and I can't wait to see the finished product.

I really love technology, I do. It is making our lives exponentially easier. However, when is it too much? I will admit I may love technology, but I do not know if it loves me back. I have always been the last person to get the latest and greatest, or maybe I never get it. I will say it has made me a very independent individual and handy as well. Only time will tell to see what kind of effect the simplicity of life will have on our future generations
ReplyDeleteI'm all for these innovations! It is cool to see how Apple is constantly inovating and making new inventions. This is one of the reasons I am an Apple fan. I can't wait to see how far Apple will go in the years to come.
ReplyDeleteI think this is such a smart step for Apple, no one else is really thinking about how technology can work in your home. I think you bring up a good point about not everyone using Apple products but it's definitely worth developing. This could change the way people live forever.
